The cryostat is a device used for rapid pathological sectioning analysis of human, animal, and plant tissues. It is widely employed in hospitals, medical schools, forensic medicine, and animal/plant research institutions for pathological diagnosis, analysis, and research.
The machine primarily consists of four sections:
1. The upper section houses the microcomputer control unit, control panel, temperature display, and operational status indicators.
2. The middle section contains the cryogenic chamber for rapid freezing of biopsy specimens and sectioning operations.
3. The lower section accommodates the compressor unit and refrigeration components.
4. The rear section integrates the mechanical transmission and motor drive systems.

User-friendly sleep function: When sleep mode is selected, the freezer compartment temperature automatically maintains between -5°C and -15°C. Upon exiting sleep mode, the cutting temperature is reached within 15 minutes.
Temperature sensor self-check function automatically monitors sensor operational status.
Dual compressors provide independent cooling for five zones: freezer compartment, freezer platform, blade holder, sample clamp, and tissue flattener.
Blade holder features a color-coded blade pusher and protective guard covering the entire blade length for user safety.
Configuration: X-axis 360°, Y-axis 12° universal rotation snap-on tissue clamp for faster tissue mounting.
Anti-adhesion tissue flattener with refrigeration, reaching temperatures as low as -50°C, facilitating rapid tissue freezing and saving operational time.
Single-layer heated glass window effectively prevents condensation.
Handwheel positioning with 360° locking at any point.
Disinfection method: UV ultraviolet sterilization.
