Portable Leaf Area Meter

The portable leaf area meter is a newly developed product, a user-friendly, field-ready portable instrument. It enables precise, rapid, and non-destructive measurement of leaf area and related parameters, and can also measure the area of harvested plant leaves and other flat objects. It finds extensive application in agriculture, meteorology, forestry, and related fields.

The instrument directly measures leaf length, width, and area. It integrates a GPS positioning system and features an RS232 interface, enabling simultaneous transfer of measurement data and location information to a computer. This facilitates further data processing for researchers.

• GPS positioning: Integrated high-speed GPS module automatically stamps uploaded data with time and geolocation information for efficient processing. (G model only)

• Supports online data printing, displaying selected time periods. Enables analysis via tables, bar charts, and online downloads. (This feature is exclusive to the G model.)

• 4G Wireless Transmission: Measurement data can be uploaded to the cloud platform in real time. Users can view measurement times, leaf area data, and perform bar chart analysis on different parameters. Data export to Excel format is supported. (This feature is exclusive to the G model.)
