This unit is a fully automatic cryostat microtome. It features advanced intelligence, rapid freezing capabilities, and precise sectioning. Its standout characteristic is the ability to perform cryosections without requiring excessively low cold room temperatures—operation is feasible at sub-zero ambient temperatures.

  • Fully computer-automated control with LCD screen displaying five temperatures simultaneously.

  • Automatic slicing allows setting the number of slices, trimming thickness, and cutting thickness according to requirements.

  • LCD screen features dynamic hardware display, showing all hardware operational statuses. The dynamic display includes: A Compressor; B Compressor; Lighting; UV; Defrost; Motor Forward/Reverse; Cold Knife Cooling; Special Cooling for Cold Table. (These hardware indicators dynamically display below the LCD screen) This enables operators to fully monitor the instrument's operational status. Additionally, a countdown timer displays when the compressor is about to activate.

  • Five-Point Refrigeration: Dual-compressor refrigeration system with five critical cooling points: freezing head, freezing blade, freezer compartment, dual freezing tables. The freezing head allows separate temperature settings for different tissue types.

  • Refrigeration Speed: No pre-cooling required. Enters frozen state within ten minutes of startup. Energy-efficient design allows shutdown after use.

  • Health Protection: Achieves excellent frozen sections without excessively low freezer temperatures, preventing harmful cold-induced hand irritation.

  • The rapid cooling system can be manually deactivated at any time. After 8 hours of operation, if left unattended, the system automatically shuts down the rapid cooling function and enters sleep mode.

  • Features automatic and manual defrost functions. Users can customize (1) defrost interval, (2) defrost duration, or (3) manually trigger defrost at any time. Defrost can also be disabled; the unit returns to freezing state within ten minutes, causing no operational disruption.

  • Precision mechanical structure. Imported vertical cross-rolling bearings ensure mechanical stability. The enclosed mechanism is maintenance-free, delivering superior mechanical performance, precise feed control, reliable flat slicing, and excellent anti-curling functionality.

  • Features UV sterilization. The freezer compartment includes a drain pipe for easy cleaning.

  • Features retraction and advancement functions with limit switches, offering both fast and slow speeds.

  • Tissue heat absorption device: Works with the cold table to simultaneously cool tissue from above and below, accelerating freezing speed.

  • Adjustable slicing speed with customizable number of slices per run.

  • Features real-time clock mode.
