The Fluorescent Immunoassay Analyzer employs rapid quantitative fluorescence detection principles to primarily measure mycotoxin levels in grains, oils, cereals, and feedstuffs. Targeted toxins include aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin M1, zearalenone, vomitoxin, fumonisins, and others. Tested samples encompass grains (rice, corn, wheat, barley, sorghum, etc.) and their products, feed and feed ingredients, edible oils, milk and dairy products, and more. Sample preparation is straightforward, with the entire testing process completed in 12 minutes. The product is suitable for local grain warehouses, grain production enterprises, feed mills, various livestock and poultry farms, flour mills, food processing plants, third-party testing institutions, and regulatory authorities at all levels.
Exceptional Stability: Utilizes imported fluorescent microspheres with uniform particle size, ensuring product stability from the source and excellent reproducibility within and between batches. Test strips can be stored and transported at room temperature without refrigeration. After testing, dried strips can be stored for one year, enabling result traceability.
Built-in quantitative standard curve: The integrated standard curve eliminates the need for external standards and eliminates the requirement to construct a standard curve during testing. This approach reduces costs while preventing operator exposure to vomitoxin, ensuring personnel safety.
Compatible operation: Utilizes a thermostat device with one strip per well and automatic timing, unaffected by external temperature and humidity. This design broadens the range of suitable testing environments.
Low support requirements: Minimal demands on pre-processing equipment and personnel; operators can master procedures after brief training.
Rapid and accurate quantification: Combines the speed of colloidal gold, the quantification of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, and the precision of chromatography for fast, accurate quantitative detection.
On-demand testing: No sample volume restrictions—process individual or small batches immediately upon arrival, or simultaneously analyze large volumes. Supports point-of-care testing.
Simple and Convenient Operation: Built-in instructional videos for each test item eliminate the need for specialized training. Users can perform experiments while watching the videos, ensuring quick and easy mastery.
Professional and Hassle-Free: Sample calibration curves can be customized to user requirements and wirelessly pushed remotely, eliminating the need to return the instrument to the factory.
