The bio-organic fertilizer testing instrument offers a comprehensive range of testing projects both domestically and internationally (various reagents are available for selection). The instrument is fully equipped, integrating reagents, instruments, and equipment into one unit, making it portable and equivalent to a small laboratory. Users only need to provide distilled water to complete all operations within the required timeframe. It is suitable for agricultural service departments or agricultural input dealers to authenticate fertilizer authenticity, fertilizer manufacturers for production control, and agricultural input departments for anti-counterfeiting efforts to regulate the agricultural input market.
The instrument has reliable performance and operational stability exceeding the JJG179-90 standard by more than 10 times, with repeatability reaching the level of a grating-type spectrophotometer.
It can detect the following items:
1. Fertilizer nutrients:
① Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in single-component fertilizers.
② Ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and urea in compound (mixed) fertilizers and urea.
③ Available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, organic matter, and various humic acids in organic fertilizers (foliar fertilizers).
2. Trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron, manganese, boron, zinc, copper, chlorine, silicon, and molybdenum.
3. Various heavy metals (lead, chromium, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, nickel, aluminum, fluorine, titanium, selenium)
Upgraded model with a powder-coated steel plate housing design, durable and robust, complete with matching accessories and ready-to-use reagents.
Built-in thermal printer, fertilizer test results displayed as percentage content, with a testing error rate of less than 0.5%.
Microcomputer-controlled, digital circuitry, programmable design, LCD display, compatible with both AC and DC power, suitable for field testing.
Resolution: 0.001, touch-sensitive buttons, built-in next-generation thermal printer capable of printing test results.
Utilizes proprietary patented analysis method (Patent No.: ZL 2018 2 1777724.7) to ensure test results meet national standards.
The colorimetric cell section features a single-channel design with no mechanical displacement or wear, ensuring precise optical path alignment and measurement accuracy.
It uses a high-brightness LED light source and dual-wheel filter processing technology to ensure stable light source wavelength. The silicon semiconductor serves as the signal reception system, with a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours. The light source is stable, with good reproducibility and high accuracy.
It measures available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, organic matter, pH, as well as various trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron, manganese, boron, zinc, copper, chlorine, silicon, and molybdenum, and heavy metals such as lead, chromium, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, nickel, aluminum, fluorine, titanium, and selenium.
