Soil, food, and water quality are gradually being contaminated by industrial exhaust gases, wastewater, and waste residues. Some people even directly use industrial wastewater to irrigate crops, leading to the accumulation of heavy metals such as cadmium, copper, arsenic, chromium, mercury, nickel, aluminum, fluorine, titanium, selenium, iron, zinc, manganese, and copper. This phenomenon is particularly severe in suburban areas. Additionally, the extensive use of inorganic chemical pesticides has led to excessive levels of heavy metals in vegetables and fish, which accumulate in the human body over time, resulting in chronic heavy metal poisoning among consumers. Multiple cases of collective heavy metal poisoning have occurred domestically, attracting significant attention from the government and society at large. However, current heavy metal testing methods are slow, cumbersome, and require expensive equipment.
In response to this situation, we have developed a rapid heavy metal detection method capable of simultaneously testing for lead, arsenic, chromium, cadmium, mercury, and other heavy metals in samples such as vegetables, food, soil, organic fertilizers, and tobacco leaves.
The portable soil heavy metal analyzer can measure heavy metals (lead, arsenic, chromium, cadmium, mercury, nickel, aluminum, fluorine, titanium, selenium, iron, zinc, manganese, and copper) in soil, fertilizers, food, vegetables, and fruits, and can also be expanded to measure nutrient content in soil and fertilizers.
Reliable performance and operational stability exceed the national standard JJG79-90 by 5–6 times, with repeatability meeting the standards of grating-type spectrophotometers. Utilizing microprocessor technology, single-chip microcomputer control, and touch-sensitive buttons, the device offers user-friendly operation.
Combines a reagent, instrument, and device into one unit, equivalent to a small laboratory. Features two aluminum alloy cases for easy portability and on-site testing, suitable for mobile services. Ideal for grassroots testing departments to screen vegetables, fruits, and other foods contaminated with heavy metals.
Heavy metal testing employs combined digestion and individual testing techniques, simplifying the testing process, reducing testing time, significantly improving testing efficiency, and enhancing testing accuracy.
Highly expandable, this instrument is not only dedicated to heavy metal detection but can also be expanded to measure nutrient levels in soil, fertilizers, and plant tissues, offering multi-functional capabilities.
