The Touchscreen Sulfur Tester is a new-generation fully automatic instrument independently developed by our company. It operates based on the principle of coulometric titration (refer to GB/T 214—2007). A microcontroller system controls the high-temperature furnace temperature and measures coulometric titration results. A 7-inch LCD screen displays the data and sends corresponding control commands to the microcontroller system, which independently completes the relevant tasks.
The system is primarily used to measure the sulfur content in combustible materials such as coal, activated carbon, coke, and petroleum.
The entire testing process is automatically completed under microcomputer control.
Errors can be automatically corrected through experimentation.
Test results are permanently stored for review and printing.
Features automatic temperature compensation with a measurement error of 5%.
Features automatic protection for silicon carbide tubes at startup and overcurrent protection.
This system integrates a high-temperature furnace, magnetic stirrer, air purification unit, electrolytic cell, automatic sample feeding mechanism, and microcontroller circuitry within a single compact housing. This design ensures an aesthetically pleasing, space-saving unit with convenient placement, connectivity, and simplified operation and routine maintenance.
