The oxygen bomb calorimeter is suitable for industries and sectors including power generation, coal mining, metallurgy, petrochemicals, coal chemical processing, environmental protection, cement manufacturing, papermaking, geological exploration, agriculture and animal husbandry, pharmaceutical research, and education. It is used to measure the calorific value of solid or liquid combustible materials such as coal, petroleum, raw cement clinker, grain, and feed.
Highly automated with automatic oxygen bomb lifting for easy operation. The software offers high stability, suitable for determining the calorific value of combustible materials such as coal, petroleum, chemicals, food, wood, explosives, feed, and algal biomass.
Advanced electronic cooling technology ensures complete immunity to ambient temperature fluctuations, maintaining a consistent temperature difference between the inner and outer cylinders. Complies with GB/T384 “Determination of Calorific Value of Petroleum Products,” GB/T213-2008 “Determination of Calorific Value of Coal,” ISO1716 “Reaction to Fire Tests for Building Products—Determination of Calorific Value,” and GB/T 14402-2007 “Determination of Combustion Performance and Calorific Value of Building Materials and Products.” Capable of continuous long-term operation.
Stainless steel vacuum inner cylinder. Stirring system utilizes German-made imported motor.
Heat capacity stability <0.2%, precision <0.1%, temperature resolution 0.0001K.
The product maintains excellent performance and reliability even under harsh operating conditions.
Compact structure, aesthetically pleasing design, easy installation and maintenance, low failure rate.
Compact size, manufactured using molds, high precision.
The repeatability and reproducibility of calorific value testing exceed the requirements of national standards GB/T384 “Determination of Calorific Value of Petroleum Products” and GB/T213-2008 “Determination of Calorific Value of Coal”. Testing is fast, with a cycle time ≤8 min (rapid method) ≤15 min.
Highly automated: automatically controls inner bucket water volume via built-in fixed-volume container, automatically regulates temperature difference between inner and outer buckets, and automatically completes the entire testing process.
Operates on the Windows XP operating system, enabling multiple tests on a single machine without interference between tests. The software offers high operational stability.
Comprehensive data processing capabilities allow users to conveniently query historical test data, daily data, parallel sample data, and more.
