Laiende Technology's Programmable Quantitative Sealing Machine is powered by intelligent circuitry and electric drive, featuring an internal dedicated heating roller specifically designed for sealing films on 51-well and 97-well quantitative plates. When used with microbial detection reagents, it provides a simple, rapid, and accurate quantitative testing protocol for detecting total coliform bacteria, Escherichia coli, fecal (thermotolerant) coliform bacteria, enterococci, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

The 51-well and 97-well microtiter plates employ a semi-automated quantitative method based on the Maximum Probable Number (MPN) statistical model, enabling quantitative detection of microbial counts in water samples. This method replaces and outperforms traditional techniques (membrane filtration and multi-tube fermentation) for waterborne microbial detection.

The programmable quantitative sealing machine tests water samples including drinking water, source water, bottled water, reclaimed water, secondary water supply, pipeline water, wastewater, food processing water, livestock water, and medical water. It enables rapid detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa groups, enterococci, total coliform bacteria, fecal coliform bacteria, Escherichia coli, and total bacterial counts in water samples. The device is portable for field use, emergency response, and quantitative testing.
