
The Compact Protein Purification System is a small, compact protein chromatography system that integrates and condenses the system while ensuring the precision of the piston pump, detector, and switching valve. With a footprint of just 250mm × 430mm, it enables efficient utilization of bench and refrigerator space, allowing researchers to easily perform routine protein purification.
The Protein Purification System is an intelligent, multi-purpose purification platform. Beyond proteins, it rapidly purifies diverse biomolecules including polysaccharides, peptides, oligonucleotides, nucleic acid vaccines, viruses, and natural small molecules. It accommodates protein purification from microgram to gram-scale quantities.
The modular protein purification system offers three flow rate configurations: LD-PF10®-10, LD-PF10®-100, and LD-PF10®-Pilot. These configurations suit R&D at various scales, process development studies, and small-scale to pilot-scale production. Applications span food science, biomedical research, agriculture, feed industry, pharmaceuticals, and environmental science.
For temperature-sensitive samples, the compact protein purification system facilitates easy transport between laboratories and chromatography refrigerators without occupying significant space.
The system consists of a main unit and PPSN software. PPSN software requires no specialized programming skills, making chromatography method creation straightforward. PPSN software enables intuitive and flexible method creation, system control, and result analysis.
With a mature design and stable operation, it ensures continuous and reliable protein purification processes. Used in conjunction with chromatography columns and chromatography media, it addresses purification challenges across diverse applications.
