Product Introduction

The UReader Eyes Full-Wavelength Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay Analyzer is a new-generation microplate reader based on grating technology that requires no additional filters.

It is widely applicable in multiple fields including nucleic acid quantification (DNA, RNA, Oligo), protein quantification (direct and colorimetric methods), ELISA, cell proliferation, viability, and death assays, apoptosis detection, enzyme activity experiments, spectrophotometric measurements, kinetic assays, endotoxin detection, and bacterial growth curve determination. Compatible with capped and uncapped 96-well and 384-well plates, with optional microplate adapters available.

The full-wave ELISA reader performs microplate shaking and incubation at temperatures up to 45°C.
