  • Features continuous automatic frequency conversion control without microwave pulses, extending instrument lifespan and ensuring uniform electromagnetic wave distribution.

  • 360° continuous rotation in the same direction guarantees uniform microwave distribution, ensuring identical microwave environments for all samples and enhancing experimental consistency.

  • The 52L large-capacity chamber is constructed from 316L stainless steel. Its self-locking, buffer-equipped explosion-proof door ensures operator safety and structural integrity during abnormal reactions. The door-chamber seal meets national standards for microwave containment.

  • The safety explosion-proof membrane provides dual protection. When pressure inside the vessel exceeds the membrane's tolerance, it ruptures first to vent gases, preventing vessel damage and personal injury.

  • A dual temperature-pressure control system regulates digestion parameters with real-time display.

  • Microwave heating automatically stops when the pressure inside the vessel exceeds the preset safety threshold.
